Salmon Janet Ingredients: Place the salmon in a lightly greased glass dish. Spread the carrots and beets around perimeter of the salmon. Use a can opener to partially open the can of tuna. Lightly drizzle the juice from the can over the salmon and vegetables. Discard the tuna and can. Bake at 250 degrees for 15 minutes. Garnish with fresh catnip. Serve quickly for the best flavor.
